Customer Care Representative
This is an exciting opportunity to become apart of a quickly growing team here at LOVALL. We require an individual that is efficient, can write comprehensively and has a determined attitude to overcome any potential customer issues - helping to maintain our fantastic reputation. LOVALL is an online retailer, working on becoming the home of Leggings, Denim and Timeless Basics for all women of all sizes. Our customer care department plays a fundamental role in our continued growth.
LOVALL tasks
- Responding to emails on a regular basis whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service and turning any potential adversities into a positive experience.
- Answering customer queries via email, telephone, LiveChat services and social media platforms.
- To take complete ownership of your customer care responsibilities. You will be accountable for all of your customer communications and will have to justify all decisions made.
- To help manage our review platform, replying daily to service and product reviews that we receive. This includes showing varying levels of initiative to overcome potential customer complaints.
- To reply and engage in all social comments across all platforms.
- Handling and processing customer returns whether that be exchanges or refunds, via our backend systems.
- Using our dispatch software to make order amendments for customers who request to do so.
- To support other areas of the business accordingly - this may include helping with simple data input, communicating with third parties, or helping with other key areas of the business.
LOVALL requirements
- To be comprehensive and extremely confident on a computer/laptop. Ideally, you will be able to type fast with minimal mistakes.
- You must be able to communicate confidently with customers in a polite, comprehensive and friendly manner that matches our extremely high standards of customer care.
- To create a persona that our customers identify with, respond to and love. We want our Customer Care Team to have an awesome reputation.
- To be trustworthy and to show integrity when dealing with customer data and finances when authorising refunds, etc.
- Have a basic mathematic understanding as dealing with discounts, percentages, and currency are all part of the job.
- Preferably have experience in a previous customer-facing role.
- A friendly and sociable individual who can work independently yet enjoys working within a team environment.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am-17:00
We do not offer remote working and it is essential that you are able to commute to our Cannock offices.
