The Role:
- Liaising proffesionally with customers by both telephone and email
- Processing customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Logging complaints and resolving customer issues
- Assisting customer requiring information on products/services
- Ordering goods and liaising with suppliers
Experience and skills required:
- Good communication skills by both telephone and email
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Confidence to deal with any situation and to know when to ask for help
- Desire to learn and a 'can do' attitude
- Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in a Customer Service position (not essential as full training will be given)
- Experience in the Window Industry (not essential as full training will be given)
- Experience using Window Designer software (not essential as full training will be given)
Hours of Work: Mon to Fri 8:30–16:30 including 30 minutes lunch break
Salary: minimum £22,000+ per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time
