We are looking for zesty, enthusiastic and friendly team members to join our team here in Stockton-on-Tees.
We are currently recruiting for Part-Time Customer Service Advisors to join our fantastic friendly team. Duties include: handling and logging inbound interactions from customers (calls, emails, webchat and messages), dealing with the interactions as required, and delivering a high standard of customer service.
Full training is provided and we are looking forward to welcoming friendly, fun individuals into one of the zestiest customer service teams around!
We are recruiting for the following shift pattern:
- Part Time (various contracts), Monday - Sunday. This includes a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts. Evening and weekend availability is essential.
What we're looking for:
- Great communication skills
- The ability to listen to customer's needs
- Ideally, you should have 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including English and Maths
- Be PC literate
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- The ability to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
