Job description
We have a new vacancy for a Shift Fitter join our engineering team at our Concrete Products site in Croft, Leicestershire.
You’ll join our team working a 4on 4off shift rotating 06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00. Working on both reactive and planned maintenance as well as operating. This role also involves working on projects, with it being actively encouraged to work on process improvement to further improve H&S.

What will you bring?
- Completed a mechanical apprenticeship or NVQ L3 or equivalent in plant maintenance.

Mechanical competencies to include:
- metal fabrication
- arc & gas welding
- machine shop skills
- strong all-round plant maintenance skills
- Experience in fault finding with hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Have a proven & proactive approach to site improvements
- PC skills
