Job description
We are a family-owned Italian car specialist workshop looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. Excellent customer service is imperative for our business and the right candidate will thrive on delivering the highest standards of customer care, ideally with some motor trade experience. To deliver great customer communication it will also be necessary to be proficient with telephone/email conversations and to be an organised, professional and computer literate individual. It will be necessary to liaise with our suppliers, staff and to build and maintain our great professional relationships.
Working hours can be tailored to the individual's availability with no weekends required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
