Job Title: Estate Services Assistant
Location: Sunderland, UK
This is a permanent full-time role as an Estate Services Assistant in our Sunderland UK office. The role is permanently office based. Must live in Sunderland area.
The Estate Services Assistant will provide wide ranging support to the Estate Services Team. Some of your key responsibilities will include –
- General administration duties
- Answer all incoming calls to the main switchboard
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Meet and greet visitors to the office and present a professional image
- Prepare all outgoing mail
- Issue security ID passes as required
- Dealing with any general enquiries
- Ad-hoc tasks for Estate Services and other business areas
- Audits of standards across the estate
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers
- Catering and booking rooms/venues for meetings
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work independently
