Kinetic Law is a well-established law firm the specialise in personal injury and industrial disease matters.
We are currently recruiting for a customer service executive to join our growing team in Rochdale.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced, professional environment.
About the Role:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients
- Dealing with new and existing enquiries
- Obtaining key information from clients
- Working closely with teams within company
Role requirements:
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of objection handling (full training is given)
- Confident telephone manner
- To be highly motivated
- A strong team player
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to show empathy and build rapport with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
