Kinetic Law is a well-established law firm the specialise in personal injury and industrial disease matters.

We are currently recruiting for a customer service executive to join our growing team in Rochdale.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced, professional environment.

About the Role:

• Acting as the first point of contact for clients

• Dealing with new and existing enquiries

• Obtaining key information from clients

• Working closely with teams within company

Role requirements:

• Ability to clearly communicate with clients and colleagues.

• Excellent communication skills

• Capable of objection handling (full training is given)

• Confident telephone manner

• To be highly motivated

• A strong team player

• Reliable and punctual

• Ability to show empathy and build rapport with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme
• Performance bonus
