We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to provide support to our clients. On a daily basis, you will field calls and emails from customers, answering questions about our products or services, processing orders, and handling customer concerns or complaints.

Salary Range:

$1150- $1650 per week

Job:

Full time

Some Responsibilities:

• 
  Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Requirement:

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using computers.
• Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills
