What will I be doing?
As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for providing customer service support that helps keep drivers mobile, keeping vehicles on the road for longer.
The role will require a combination of administrative tasks and outbound calling to garages.
You will be working a minimum of 25 hours per week. Some weekend work will be required.
The first three months will be based at our Head Office in Holton Heath, Poole, after that period, there will be an opportunity to adopt a hybrid style of working allowing successful applicants to be able to work from home.
