Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives $17.00


We are hiring only the best-of-the-best bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our new remote team in the McAllen, TX area.

Position Overview:

As a CSR, you will work both inbound and outbound calls to:

  • Schedule reservations for transportation to healthcare appointments
  • Check on the status of those transportation reservations
  • Interact with health plan members, care-givers, transportation providers, and healthcare facilities

Required:

Bilingual fluency in English/SpanishAttend initial two week on site training Monday-Friday 8a-5p in McAllen, TXAbility to work-at-home any shift between Monday-Friday 8:00a-8:00p CST

  • Have high-speed internet access. We provide the computer.
  • Have appropriate work space in your home
  • Experience with high volume call center work
  • Computer literacy; proven ability to navigate multiple Windows/tabs, copy/paste, and accurately type 35 wpm
  • Pass background and monthly OIG check
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Experience with Medicaid/Medicare
  • Experience with Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) guidelines
  • Knowledge of health insurance payer programs and benefits
