Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role
You will be required to complete a study and apprenticeship program. Successful completion will result in a Customer Service Specialist Level 3apprenticeship. You will be required to commit to a blended learning package and allocated off the job training time during your working week to assist in your studies. Completion of this apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level.

Skills / Experience
- Applications will be considered from those who have or are likely to obtain a Minimum of a Grade 4 ( formerly Grade C) or above in GCSE in Maths and English. Predicted grades must be verified by official School reports.
- Good communication skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels
- Working understanding of standard Microsoft software packages
