Job description

We are currently seeking a passionate and adaptable Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team.   • Identify, investigate, and resolve customer concerns and issues, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find the best possible solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs, share best practices, and continuously improve the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor and track customer feedback, sharing insights and trends with management to inform improvements to products, services, and support processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for future reference.
  • Stay current with industry trends, company policies, and relevant regulations to provide knowledgeable and compliant support.
  • Participate in regular training and development initiatives to enhance customer service skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Requirements:
