Senior Customer Services Advisor
We’re successful, 60-strong, wholesale company, selling to many famous retail customers in the UK and beyond we’re best known for our Christmas products, most of which we design ourselves.
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor.
The job: Supporting the Director for National Accounts, helping manage key accounts.
Processing account quotations, orders and credit notes. Responding to customer queries, (e-mail / telephone) arranging deliveries & collections in liaison with our warehouse.
We are looking for a customer focused individual with previous office and customer service experience. Excellent Excel skills required. Supervisory experience beneficial.
Friendly but busy office in South East London 1 ½ miles from Waterloo. Competitive salary.

Salary: From £28,000.00 per year
