Fired Up Corporation Ltd is an international manufacturing company, producing lifestyle products for the home and hospitality industries. We manufacture under five brands; Adam, Acantha, OKO, Aurora and Corby.
Our production sites are based in Huddersfield, UK and Guangdong Province, China and we distribute our products globally.
Our central sales and support team is currently working on supporting growth in our sales to consumers across the UK. We are looking for a competent, reliable and co-operative person to join us to strengthen our efforts in this sector.
This is a really great opportunity for someone who wishes to develop their career in customer support with scope to work across retail, trade and national accounts.
This role is to provide pre and post-sales support for both our retail and trade customers. You will assist in the provision of specialist product and service knowledge, raising sales orders, and dealing professionally and efficiently with after sales queries.
Customer contact could be in the form of phone calls, email, live chat or social media messaging. All contacts should be responded to promptly and efficiently.
To fill the role with the right person, we are looking for someone who thrives whilst working in a team environment, is quick to learn and adapt and honest, open and authentic when speaking to our customers. The ideal candidate needs to be customer focused and organised in their role and able to understand and manage complexity in terms of pricing and delivery arrangements. In exchange we will provide any training, guidance, knowledge and support required.

This role is full-time and office based although some element of homeworking may be required. Flexibility is required as shift patterns may vary and will include some evening and weekend work..
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00 per year
