SO WHATS THE JOB?

Our Customer/Technical Support teams are responsible for supporting the Customers with any technical issues they may experience while maintaining exceptional customer service. We provide 24/7 multi-channel technical and user support to our customers via Phone, Email, Chat, and Social Media.


We want to make sure your hard work is rewarded, so we offer a competitive £24,200 basic salary. On top of that, we provide the opportunity for you to boost this take home with UNCAPPED Sales commission.

Please note: The internet doesn't sleep, and sometimes our customers don't either! To allow us to offer 24/7 support, this is a shift based position so availability (and willingness) to work shifts Mon - Sun between 7am-12pm on a rotating shift pattern is essential.

  • Experience in providing outstanding customer service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and willingness to work on phone
