Customer Support Representative
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further assistance
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using customer support software and systems
- Knowledge of product or industry-specific terminology is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £25,910.00-£27,437.00 per year
