The Role:
You will be an office administrator, who is punctual, productive and passionate about the telecoms industry. Attention to detail is a must alongside an excellent telephone manner. Dealing with customers queries and complaints along with processing of sales tickets and jobs is essential and a day to day requirement.
The successful candidate will have a career progression opportunity along with sufficient training and development and the chance to enhance their skills in a fun and lively environment.
Duties would include:
- Sending quotes and contracts to customers
- Providing good customer service
- Sending out mobile hardware and contracts out to customers through post, e-mail and post.
- Handling complaints and dissatisfied customer queries through to resolution
- Processing orders and upgrades for new and existing customers.
- Dealing with customer queries over e-mail and phone
- Dealing with customers over the phone, email and web and completing verification calls
- Updating and monitoring the relevant CRM systems
- Leading in sales and marketing campaigns.
- Liaising with our suppliers over the phone – asking questions, chasing queries and requesting updates, etc.
- Upselling where possible
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ICT sjills.
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Confident, outgoing and bubbly personality.
- Reliable, dedicated, punctual and committed to the growth and strategic objectives of the company.
Future prospects:
Progress onto a Team Leader/Management Role
Hours: 10:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday)
