We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Processing and Customer Support Executive, working in Didcot for a leading specialist in workwear and workplace safety equipment
Due to continuing expansion they are now looking for an outstanding individual to join the team at their modern air-conditioned premises.
Providing a fantastic customer experience is in their DNA and duties will include:
- Producing and processing customer quotations and orders
- Customer Service support
- Answering inbound calls
- Liaison with customers and couriers, tracking orders and providing information on deliveries
- Proactively update customers with back order items
- Updating systems to ensure all data is kept up to date
- Inputting and updating customer details
- Advising customers regarding best and suitable products
- Resolving queries with orders in the system
- Managing the sales inbox and dealing with all incoming emails to the main sales email address, by processing or forwarding to relevant team members
- Monitoring and responding to the online chat on the web portal
- Dealing with order queries, delivery issues, returns, product faults and errors always leaving the customer feeling as though they have been listened to and their issue is being resolved
- Updating products/updating prices
- Setting up new embroidery logos for branded for branded equipmentworkwear
- Setting up new print logos
- Producing visuals for clients and the print room in CorelDRAW
- Liaising with warehouse team on orders
You will need to be confident, have an excellent telephone manner, be able to operate under pressure, and always keep a level cool head.

Full training will be given to the successful candidate; you will be surrounded by colleagues who have a wealth of experience to assist whilst you settle into the role.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000, dependent upon experience
