Customer Service Representative
Functions: Under the direction of the CEO, you're responsible for performing the tasks necessary to create our custom photo products. This includes using a computer, printer, heat presses and fabric tools.
Work Hours and Compensation: This position is a part time position and is paid on the 1st and 15th. The hours will vary in correlation to seasonal changes. Summer hours are light, anywhere from 6-12hrs a week. Winter hours range from 8-24hrs depending on your availability. You are assigned a work day and can adjust the time to fit your schedule. Very Flexible scheduling. Payment is based on production and averages between $17-30/hr depending on skill set. Training rate is $15/hour, training schedule anytime on Monday and Friday from 3-7pm.
Qualifications:
· Knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to the completion of high school
· Skill or interest in arts and crafts
· Ability to be independent and dependable
· Must be able to self-manage
· Ability to work with team members in a respectful, professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
· Able to pick up new skills quickly
· Ability to learn basic computer programs
· Make sure work area is cleaned after work is completed
· Provide a list of inventory weekly
· Ability to communicate scheduling issues in advance
· Call customers when necessary to confirm their order
· Attend quarterly meetings
Environmental Considerations: Performs activities in an indoor setting. Indoor environmental conditions will include lighting and temperature.
Cognitive Considerations:
· Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
· Employee must be able to give directions and well as follow them.
· Employee must have time management skills to effectively carry out his/her job.
Psychological Considerations:
· Must be able to work with others in a respectful manner.
· Must be able to work well with supervisor and be flexible with schedule.
· Ability to handle work related stress.
Physical Considerations:
· Must be able to sit for periods of time and lift boxes under 50 lbs.
