Casual Customer Service Assistant
Role Description
Customer Service Assistant Cranfield Conference Centre Ltd
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Ensure an exceptional customer service is provided at all times
- Comply with Health and Safety Policy at all times
- Remove from use and report any faulty equipment following the correct reporting procedures
- Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by a member of the management team
- Work across multiple departments and areas, including but not confined to: Food & Beverage service,
Guest Care Crew – conference & events, Housekeeping, Kitchen and Reception
Experience in some of these areas will be beneficial but full training will be given.
Working hours are between 06.00 and 23.00, Monday to Sunday. Number of shifts will vary per week. Shifts are available on as and when required basis as per business needs
Uniform (excluding footwear) and in-house training are provided
