Coventry Turf & Landscaping is offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service professional to join their friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background in an office environment and will be comfortable dealing with high call volumes.
Duties Include:
- The ability to provide 5 star customer service via telephone, email and face to face is essential
- Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls
- Dealing with direct customers and suppliers
- Handling missing orders
- Handling complaints and query resolution
- Invoicing
- Answer incoming calls quickly, accurately and efficiently, to ensure work is allocated correctly and documentation completed accordingly
The ideal candidate will have:
· A friendly personality
· Outstanding customer service- via both telephone and email
· High attention to detail
· Experience of working within the customer services industry
· Excellent time keeping skills
· Must be able to identify problems and concerns and be able to resolve issues
Core Hours: Monday to Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
