- Responsible performing tasks necessary for daily functioning of the CRM.
- Responsible for CRM stakeholder communication and support related to CRM data, information, and tasks as assigned.
- Participate in regular planning and implementation meetings with supervisor, key stakeholders and business partners.
- Integrate, align, and configure CRM workflows to optimize the student experience with the CRM.
- Support recruitment/student success communication campaign development and management in CRM and related systems. This includes writing and editing copy for emails, text messages, and landing pages, working with marketing and communications on photo selection, and ensuring brand standards are adhered to in all campaigns.
- Provide and communicate ongoing training for staff and faculty to promote user engagement.
- Work with vendors or IT staff to troubleshoot, update, and repair systems to ensure effective CRM functionality.
- Serve as a cross-functional team member to research and test Banner issues affecting the CRM and related systems.
- Maintain system set up for student success requirements, including set up for student success coaches and faculty, and/or enrollment/recruitment requirements as assigned.
- Provide technical support and expertise to end-users where appropriate.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with assigned business and departmental units and serving as resource for CRM management, escalations, and coordination.
- Interface with project managers, service and operations managers to coordinate work, prioritize requests, and manage escalations for assigned departments.
- Monitor and maintain utilization reports, recommendations, and solutions to leadership around CRM effectiveness and usage.
- Provide performance reports and data analysis as requested to the supervisor and other college leaders as requested.

Individual or Family Coverage. Employee pays a rate in multiples of $10,000 to a maximum of $300,000.
Long-Term Disability
Plan pays 60% of gross monthly salary after 90 consecutive days of absence. Employee pays 100% of premium.

The Roth 403(b) savings feature allows employees to contribute after-tax dollars and then withdraw tax-free dollars from their account upon retirement. Tuition Assistance
Eligible full-time employees may qualify for waiver or reimbursement programs. McDaniel College has extended its Educator’s Legacy Scholarship (ELS) program to CCBC benefits-eligible employees. CCBC is among the inaugural community college partners.Children of ANY current full-time benefits-eligible CCBC employee with at least four years of continuous full-time employment are eligible to receive a scholarship valued at up to $100,000 over four (4) years.
