Courteous and professional Customer Service Representative required at these two prime residential developments in Canary Wharf to act as the main point of contact for all enquiries, visits, handovers and defects management. You will need to deliver an exceptional level of customer care to a portfolio of customers on the development from exchange of contracts to occupation and during the 2-year warranty period. Key duties will include keeping in contact and preparing purchasers for handovers of their apartments, inspecting any matters/defects reported and arranging the appropriate subcontractors, and working closely with other team members to ensure that every customer, their representatives or tenants, receive an outstanding level of customer service. The Customer Service Representative should have previous experience within a customer focused role in a corporate background, ideally gained within property management, excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication, a smart and professional appearance, and be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Windows 2010 and Microsoft Outlook.
