Customer Service Representative - Spanish, Italian or French Speaking

The KJLC EMEIA Sales team are highly skilled, with various technical expertise, languages and a wealth of Sales and Customer Service experience. We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to continue the growth of our team and support the development of our Spanish Territory.
This is a full time, hybrid position based from our facility in St Leonards, East Sussex. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from the office and Monday and Friday from home. We offer a range of start and finish times and the added benefit of summer hours allowing an early Friday finish!
Overview of Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
As the Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for processing all territory orders, providing customer with proactive updates relating to their orders, answering customer queries and achieving or exceeding sales KPI’s within your territory.
About you:
- You will have great communication skills
- You will have a true passion for customer service
- You will have excellent written and spoken English and either Spanish, French or Italian language skills
- You will have experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
- You will have previous experience in a Customer Service role
- You will live within a commutable distance to EMEIA Head Office and be available to start within the next 4-8 weeks
