TARGET HIRING RANGE: $26.48 TO $31.77 HOURLY (DOQ)
GENERAL SUMMARY
Performs administrative support work assisting customers in person and by telephone, receiving and providing customer service information, preparing and processing billing, cashiering, scheduling, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of Customer Service Supervisor.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED and one (1) year experience providing customer service.
- Three (3) years of customer service experience which includes handling difficult and varied issues.
- One (1) year of experience collecting on delinquent accounts.
- High level of organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate (or higher) skills utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
