Job description
Our goal is to be the trusted administrator for many essential funds and grants, providing products and services to major companies, authorities, and charities.
This role will be working in our customer service centre in Peterborough to support the processing and administration of applications received by customers. Responding to calls and incoming communications, resolving queries and complaints promptly and clearly.
Follow agreed procedures and criteria to deal with calls and assessments in an efficient and effective way while following the companies procedures including security procedures and maintain customer confidentiality.
Use appropriate skills, experience and company policy to decide most appropriate course of action, selecting right product and price, in order for customers to receive on a timely basis, and handle delivery queries
Ideal applicants will have excellent customer service skills, possess strong attention to detail and ability to listen and communicate well with people.
