Position:
Credit Control Assistant
Hours: Full-time - 37.5 Hours
Shift pattern: Mon - Sun , between the hours of 08:30 - 18.30( approx. 1 weekend shift in every 3 weeks )
Salary: Starting rate at £20,319 plus monthly performance related bonuses.
Location: Bowthorpe, Norwich - Hybrid may be considered once fully trained
Start Date: ASAP

About the role:
Our Credit Control Executives are highly motivated, target-driven people with a passion for building customer relationships and liaising with their families. This role is perfect for somebody with a very positive attitude and precise attention to detail. progression is available through hitting your targets based on customer actions completed and outbound calls made.
On a day to basis you will be
- Making outbound calls to existing customers
- Assisting with their account enquiries
- Dealing with payments
- Arranging payment plans
- Arranging return of equipment with Service user and their contacts
- Direct debit handling
Requirements:
About the person:
To be a successful candidate for this role you must have the following attributes, skills and experience:
Preferred experience working in a credit control/customer service based role.
- Good standards of literacy and numeracy
- Adequate typing and IT skills
- A team player with a positive outlook especially when under pressure
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets and KPIs.
- A track record of providing excellent customer service
- GCSE's or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A-C or levels 4-9)
