Position:
Customer Service Executive
Location: Bowthorpe, Norwich - Hybrid may be considered once fully trained
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time - 37.5 Hours
Shift pattern: Mon - Sun , Early & late shifts between the hours of 07:00& 22:00, average 1 weekend shift every 3 weeks
Salary: Starting rate at £20,319 plus monthly performance related bonuses.

About the role:
Our Customer Service Executives are highly motivated, target-driven people with a passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
- To go above and beyond our customer expectations at all times
- Talking to new and existing customers via inbound calls and web chat enquiries
- Explaining our service, and acting as an adviser, to help customers select the correct package
- Contacting customers to ensure their records are up to date.
- Achieving the expected call quality.
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets, actively supporting with converting customer queries into orders.
- Learning about new and existing products and the USP’s of each so that products and services can be tailored to customers depending on their individual needs and requirements.
Requirements:
About the person:
We are looking for candidates with excellent people skills, listening skills and communication techniques to be the first point of contact for all our customers.
To be a successful candidate for this role you must have the following attributes, skills and experience:
- Experience working in a customer service based role
- Good standards of literacy and numeracy
- Adequate typing and IT skills
- A team player with a positive outlook especially when under pressure
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets and KPIs, actively assisting customers in providing the best service to keep them safe at home
- A track record of providing excellent customer service
- GCSE's or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A-C or levels 4-9)
