CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORCarbon60 are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Cardiff on a temporary ongoing basis. ROLE: Customer Service Advisor SALARY: £14 p/h JOB TYPE: 4 months contract with extension likelyLOCATION: Pontprennau, CardiffHOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday.WORKING PATTER: Hybrid working - currently 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days at homeTHE ROLE

• Investigation of change of tenancy when people are moving to a new house.

• Make outbound calls to gather the relevant information and updating the systems and customer accounts.

• Sending information requests to customers and managing responses.

• Data entry.

• Telephony experience is essential for this role. This is a placed role handling between 40 - 50 calls a day.

THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Must be comfortable handling high volume of calls daily.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of utilities is desirable, although training will be provided.
• Good IT Skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
