Job Description:
Cadogan Clinic is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in London. This position will be responsible for providing support to our customers by responding to customer inquiries, assisting with product and service questions, and providing information about products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats
- Identify customers’ needs, and provide solutions and information
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines
- Follow the company policies and procedures
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Required Skills:
·Excellent phone skills
·Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
·Excellent organizational skills - ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
·Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems, develop alternatives when confronted with problems that do not have immediate solutions.
·Ability to take direction, work independently, and follow procedures. Ability to handle a high level of stress with a positive attitude.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions. Must be able to adapt quickly to change.
·Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
