Junior Electrical Design Engineer (Renewables)
Newton Energi is an established infrastructure development company working in the renewable energy sector. With a comprehensive catalogue of battery energy storage projects Newton Energi is excited to be expanding its portfolio into the hydrogen market.
A position has been created for a newly qualified graduate to join our team as a junior Electrical Engineer.
This is a very varied role but your main responsibilities will be to provide electrical technical/design advice to both the battery and hydrogen projects.
You will be involved with multiple ongoing projects, designing electrical layouts and liaising with a number of internal and external teams.
To succeed you will need to be:
· Qualified in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
· Competent in computing and programming skills
· An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills
· Knowledgeable of Microsoft packages and have the ability to work with various other systems including CAD.
· Able to prioritise workloads and adhere to deadlines
· An energetic, committed, and approachable individual
· Salary - £22,000
