Job description
Do you love the buzz of a sports event, want to interact, and want to get into the mix with fans? To represent the club and stadium and be the first face our fans see we are looking for Fan Experience Ambassador.
You will be one of the first faces our fans see when they come to the stadium. As part of a warm fan welcome, you will have the confidence to engage with our fans in a professional and friendly manner ensuring they have the best stadium experience.
No two match days will be the same as a Fan Experience Ambassador. As the friendly face our fans remember, you will work part of a well informed team, injecting your personality every moment you interact with our fans so that they want to come back time and time again.
Successful applicants will be –
- Confident communicators; happy to speak through a megaphone
- Keen to make a real difference to their stadium experience
No previous experience is required. So long as you can provide a warm, helpful manner to everyone you meet, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
