We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistant to join our friendly and professional team.

The successful candidate will be part of a team, which aims for outstanding customer service, ensuring that our customers are always made to feel special by receiving a positive and enjoyable experience whilst in our store.
The candidate will also have a real passion for retail and an enthusiasm for making our lovely ranges look appealing to our customers.
The salary on offer will be dependent on experience and perceived ability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide exemplary customer service
- Promoting high visual merchandising standards
- Dealing with customer enquiries, professionally and effectively
- Processing cash and card transactions
About you:
- Friendly and approachable, with a genuine willingness to help people
- Self-motivation, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Able to communicate with your team and managers
- Computer literate
- Flexible approach to working days and hours, which will include working alternate weekends
- Reliable and responsible
