The Boeing Company is looking for a Lead Customer Relations Specialist to join our Customer Relations team based out of Seattle, Washington. This group operates at a fast-pace to deliver world-class customer service to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be adaptive, resourceful, able to work with globally diverse cultures and have strong leadership capabilities. In this lead position the person will help to mentor, provide direction to others and be able to calmly handle conflict resolution with minimal support from the senior manager.
- Ensure there is a communication link between Customer Relations and business partners to properly coordinate all customer-related activities associated with Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) deliveries
- Provide the highest level of service while integrating and implementing all logistical requirements throughout the airplane delivery process
- Ensure execution to agreed-to-plans, customer commitments, budgets, schedules, and policies and procedures
- Develop plans, implement logistics for multiple and complex and/or highly visible customer visits/deliveries, and manage business courtesies in accordance with company policies and procedures, protocols, and U.S. and foreign government guidelines
- Provide direction to others for successful completion of tasks.
- Continuously collect, integrate, and proactivity disseminate information to all partners including Customer Relations, Sales, Contracts, Operations, and Quality to ensure adherence to the plan
- Strengthen internal and external customer and supplier relationships and networks
- Represent the organization at the site and act as the Delivery Center’s primary decision maker to customers, suppliers, senior executives, and to other Boeing groups
- Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation while ensuring solutions are consistent with organization objectives
- Facilitate process improvements based on in-depth analysis of feedback and data
- Organize and lead a multi-discipline and/or enterprise team to implement plans and projects
- Apply knowledge of customers’ customs and cultures in all aspects of the visit/event and provide sound advice and recommendations to others
- Commit to working off-hours in support of customer activity including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Provide coverage for coworkers during absences
- Partner with Customer Relations team members from other sites including Everett Seattle, South Carolina and Washington as well as those located in China, England, California, and Illinois
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role engaging with internal and external customers
- Ability to travel domestically as well as internationally
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in organizing, planning and facilitating large scale events
Typical Education/Experience:
Level 4:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Level 5:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. master+13 years related work experience, 19 years related work experience, etc.)
Relocation:

Summary pay range:
Level 4: 106,250 – 143,750
Level 5: 127,500 – 172,500
