Job description
This is a fully remote position, but for training purposes our candidate must be located near the Buffalo, NY vicinity. This position requires in person training before it becomes fully remote.
Exciting opportunity to grow with a quickly expanding facility maintenance company. Headquartered out of Buffalo - we now cover the New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Florida markets. We have existing relationships with several major national retail chains, and therefore all of the work is commercial in nature.
We seek candidates who truly enjoy working in this field and those that possess attention to detail, time management, and take pride in their work. One year of dispatching experience preferred. Dispatching will involve communication with numerous technicians across multiple states - so this position requires a natural ability to adapt and troubleshoot in a fast paced environment
In addition to dispatching, this position will also require you to answer and direct customer phone calls and emails, and to update clients on work status.
Our ideal candidate will have the following skillsets:
- Attention to detail
- Very strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Adept in Technology - Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
This position is for the hours of 2PM-10PM.
