About us
Bluesky Plumbing Ltd are a new build plumbing and heating contractor based in Wigan.
We work with national and local house builders, installing plumbing and heating systems on new build housing developments all across the northwest.
Customer Care Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and increase sales.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
- Train and coach customer care representatives on effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer care or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding solutions that meet both customer and company needs.
- Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
