The Customer Service Assistant will work within the Customer Service Department and will report to the Customer Service Manager. As member of the customer service team, you will work with all the other departments within the company.
Duties will include:
· Processing of customer orders
· Checking processed orders in line with specific customer instructions
· Communicating with customers via Telephone, Email and Online Channels
· To help and support other departments within the Company
· Working with and supporting your customer service colleagues in order for us to deliver exceptional customer service
This position would be perfect for you if you have:
· Previous experience working within a customer service department
· Be I.T. literate
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
· A desire to deliver exceptional service
· Able to work well in a team
· Ability to manage their own workload
· Have a positive attitude
Previous experience working with or in a medical setting and using Sage 200 would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
