We are currently recruiting a dynamic Receptionist to join our Front of House team.
Ideally, our new colleague will have experience in a private members club, five-star hotel or similar luxury environment.
We are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional service standards and attention to detail.
- Someone who can create a memorable experience for our members and their guests, whilst anticipating their needs and recalling their preferences.
- Flexibility to support other departments across the House to guarantee the best possible service to guests.
- The ability to work within a dedicated and passionate team.
- Someone who remains calm under pressure and is excited to work in a busy and vibrant environment that operates late into the night and at weekends.
