Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our company. This position is responsible for speaking to customers to discuss their orders and answer any questions they may have. The Customer Service Representative will also ensure that all active orders are properly shipped and received, receive shipments from vendors, and prepare invoices and customer payments.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails
- Identify the needs of customers and their products or services needs
- Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Work with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow policies and procedures for maintaining records and filing documents
- Assist in the development of company communication plans as needed
Skills:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ability
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of computer systems, applications, and software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,349.00-£22,286.00 per year
