Customer Experience Specialist

Kick start your career in Financial Services! As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting our existing client bank on a regular basis to provide ongoing support and refer any sales opportunities to our in-house adviser team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a confident demeanour, and the ability to build rapport with customers. You will work as part of a fast-paced administration team, and will also help with day to day administration of the mortgage application process.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Contacting existing database
  • Maintaining a database of customer information
  • Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
  • Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organisation’s offerings.
  • You will support the team in processing mortgage applications from start to finish and you will complete any compliance tasks relating to the case to the satisfaction of the FCA.
  • You will need to be confident to liaise with clients, solicitors and estate agents to ensure a smooth transaction by phone, face-to-face and email.

· You will need to have a ‘can do’ attitude to generate new leads for the adviser team.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities

· A good work ethic who can work under pressure in a busy and challenging environment.

· Experience of building rapport and interacting with clients effectively.

Hours – 9:30-6 Mon-Thursday & 9:30-5:30 Friday.

Holidays 20 days + Bank Holidays

Salary – TBC

Salary: £16,151.44-£33,278.02 per year
