If there is one unbreakable rule at Arboles it is that orders must go out the door!
This role will be responsible for packing customers’ orders, customer service, keeping the shelves stocked and the warehouse in order. You will need to be able to keep a steady head when it gets busy, pick-up errors, deal with queries and understand carriage on an international basis.
We are looking for someone who is fastidious about efficiency, tidiness, and order along with being a customer service hero.
Our reputation for great customer service is huge and we want to maintain that. Ideally, you will have solid experience of a customer service environment, be able to work to deadlines, deal effectively with customers, be willing to see queries through to the end and have proven high levels of English and Maths as well as solid basic IT skills.
Full training will be given and there is career prospects and development for the right person.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
