As a Customer Service Representative, you are knowledgeable, empathetic, and motivated. You love to help people tackle problems and give your community a hand. Yes, you work hard, but you also know how to have a good time.

Specific Duties: As an ideal CSRs, you know the more you learn about lawn care, the more helpful you can be. You provide friendly, knowledgeable and timely support to our customers. You are effective in a dynamic environment, love learning, and enjoy helping people.
Job Functions:
- Schedule service technicians with customers
- Answer calls and perform follow-up calls to customers using a multiple line phone system
- Complete data entry and other administrative tasks
- Use Windows operating systems and MS Office applications like Word and Excel
- Contribute to building strong morale and team spirit throughout the office
- Promote cooperation, build teamwork, and help resolve conflict
- Provide an effortless customer experience
Qualifications:
- High school degree or GED
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Team mentality with the ability to work independently
