Sales and Customer Service Representative
Working Monday to Friday office hours you will be looking after your own set of customers and answering their queries and supporting them with any further help that they require.
The role will require:
- great customer service skills and communication by phone and email
- brand awareness to new potential customers
- following up leads and using ERP systems
- rapport building skills
- able to support a busy department with queries and ensuring the customers have all they need
- updating records, managing a database easily
- reach out to existing and previous customers to maintain a great working relationship
- previous experience in cold calling and lead generation
