A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) - DATA ENTRY CLERK
In this customer care position, you are crucial to the success of our company. Each day, you arrive at our office ready to provide friendly, helpful assistance to our clients over the phone. As each phone call comes in, you promptly answer and assist the customer with anything they need. You also help our clients through email, thoroughly and effectively responding to their inquiries and concerns.
In addition to providing customer care, you also perform data entry, send out work orders, and dispatch our technicians. We can always count on you to keep our company operations running smoothly! You love providing top-notch assistance to our customers while helping our business thrive!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) - DATA ENTRY CLERK
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Ability to perform office tasks
- Basic computer skills
A high school diploma OR equivalent is preferred. Customer service experience would be a plus. Fluency in both English and Spanish would also be beneficial. Are you a quick learner? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) - DATA ENTRY CLERK
This position works 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with a rotating weekend on-call schedule.
