Customer Service Representative-Job Description
Abante Marketing is looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Omaha, NE. In this role, you’ll work hand in hand with our salespeople and customers delivering a best-in-class customer support experience.
Job duties include
Ensuring order accuracy and processing all orders utilizing QuickBooks and our custom built portal.
Working with suppliers to ensure orders are on time and filled correctly.
Daily tracking of orders and communicating with sales and customers if there are issues.
Skills needed
First and foremost, you must be a highly organized person to perform this job. Must be detailed oriented and accurate.
Need pc-based experience in a business setting.
A good handle on business math and the ability to use that in this position.
Positive and proactive attitude.
Good inter office skills and working with other across several departments.
A professional, positive manner when talk with customers in person, over the phone or by email.
The ability to handle customer complaints and resolve to ensure customer loyalty.
Must take direction well.
Pay is commensurate with experience and skill base.
Job is 40 hours per week M-F 8-5 and does offer medical, dental, vision and retirement account benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
