Job Title: Customer Proposition Manager
Contract Type: Permanent Full time, part time, job share
Salary Range: £50,000 - £60,000 Depending on experience
Location: Bournemouth, hybrid, #smartworking

Customer Proposition Manager: We have an exciting opportunity for a newly created role, as Product Experience Manager to become part of our dynamic and experienced Customer Marketing Team. The purpose of the role is reviewing our current customer propositions, in the context of the wider market and customer trends and identify, deliver, and optimise compelling tactical changes that will enhance business performance.
As a Customer Proposition Manager, the successful candidate will have a positive and proactive approach to driving change and measuring impact. If you are inquisitive and driven to spot opportunities and influence key stakeholders to make changes happen, this role could be for you!
Main Responsibilities as Customer Proposition Manager:
- Analysing and understanding the appeal and performance of our current propositions within their competitive context
- Identify opportunities to make tactical changes to the proposition that will enable us to improve contribution to business goals.
- Define business case benefits to support recommendations, with Finance and Customer Value Management colleagues
- Lead on the delivery of approved propositional changes.
- Ensure that proposition changes are delivered on time and within budget, and that robust measurement is in place to track benefits
- Build effective working relationship with the Customer Insight team to ensure effective benchmarking of our proposition and customer experience.
- Ensuring that all product / propositional changes adhere to relevant regulatory guidance provided by FCA and other bodies
Skills and experience you need as Customer Proposition Manager
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer or commercial role.
- Confident in influencing stakeholders, including senior management.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience of creating business cases to impact commercial performance
- Ability to build and maintain effective and productive business relationships to Senior Management level
- Strong project management capability – able to plan, lead, manage and deliver projects with a focus on matrix management
- Proactive and self-starting; able to manage and drive through complex projects to agreed deadline
- Experience and awareness of Digital Communication Platforms
