Accounts Receivable Specialist - Leeds
We are actively on the lookout for Accounts Receivable specialists to join the bustling Accounts Receivable team within this fabulous organisation’s transactional accounts team, right at the heart of the finance function.
With experience gained from within a transactional finance, accounts receivable or finance administration function, you will be for the provision of an AP service to this market leading organisation, covering the payment of supplier invoices, managing purchase orders, invoice approval and travel expenses.
Utilising your knowledge and experience, you will have ownership of the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices in GBP producing weekly payment runs ensuring all entries are valid, accurate and complete. In addition to your core responsibilities and deliverables, you will actively contribute to a team environment of support and collaboration, whilst taking an active role in seeking out and implementing improvements in the way the team work together and support the business.
Building key relationships with colleagues both within our finance function and the wider business, whilst also liaising closely with our external suppliers, you will be a subject matter expert for all things Accounts Receivable, and will really set the standard around best practice controls, legal requirements and regulatory requirements..
You will have experience of working within a fast-paced administrative function, ideally with exposure of being part of a transactional finance team. You will also have the ability to work in a fast-paced organisation and will enjoy playing a key role in a busy team at the heart of a business.
