Job description
Purpose of the Role:
Manage and take responsibility for the overarching relationship management of dedicated strategic customers. Own all aspects of planning and delivery of contracts and orders, including full operational on boarding of top tier customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of multiple high value and operationally complex customer contracts
- Coordinate customer and internal resources
- Coordinate and facilitate relevant meetings and scrum structures regarding operational delivery to communicate goals, status’, updates, and blockers.
- Act as a liaison between internal divisions and departments to deliver customer contracts and orders on time and in full.
- Act as operational representative of the business for top tier customer interactions.
- Report to senior management on progress of customer contract delivery, on boarding, and deliverables.
- Ensure that all orders for allocated customers are delivered On Time In Full, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Attendance and operational lead in weekly alignment meetings between Sales and Operations
- Lead on communication with allocated customers for all operational matters
- Collate notes and actions from meeting platforms relating to the allocated customers ensuring that these are documented, and all tasks are actioned by specified deadline
Person Specification
Essential
- Highly organised
- Experience working within a product-based manufacturing business
- Experience within a customer facing operational role
- Highly capable of navigating a busy operational environment, working independently, and effectively problem-solving
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong communicator; High levels of emotional intelligence; Resilient and solutions-oriented
Preferred
- Project Management Experience
- Middle Eastern Language(s)
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
