We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to work with the management team to provide a seamless experience, whilst delivering excellent customer service to our tourist and freight customers.
The day to day duties will include - freight and tourist check-in, dealing with customer queries and data entry, in conjunction with government agencies requirements.
This role is based on a 6 month rolling contract and shift work will be required to support a 24/7 operation.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Fantastic verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills.
- A flexible approach to day to day duties and the ability to switch roles when needed.
- Great dispute resolutions skills.
