Customer Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our fast growing Marketing Team to develop and deliver marketing initiatives and tactics across the Fresh business, with a particular focus in supporting our sales colleagues.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work in partnership with sales teams to develop marketing initiatives that support, retain and grow sales with existing customers with a focus on bringing our fresh proposition to life
• Develop specific sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives to support new business initiatives to gain profitable new customers, including supporting with creation of sales presentations and tender pitches
• Deliver innovative and effective customer communication and content in print, digitally and in presentations to promote marketing initiatives

What we are looking for:

Essential:

• A passion for marketing with a keen eye for detail
• Proven experience in a marketing/branding/ communications role
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple conflicting priorities
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to bring a story to life
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong writer and content creator
• Good organisational skills with the resilience to manage conflicting tasks

Desirable:

• Marketing related degree
• Sales background/ knowledge of sales
• Food knowledge would be beneficial

Please note this is a fully remote role however you will need to be flexible to travel for customer meetings if required.
